: That's too bad that you're scratching the protein thing. I really don't care for things like HMB because I've had really shitty results with them. Maybe it's because I bought it from Big Phallus, I mean Bill Phillips. The one thing I know for sure is that protein is necessary for building muscle. No, I'm not scratching the protein thing, just the 50/50 mixture. I will probably offer both proteins in 10 pound bags--you choose 20 pounds (minimum) mix or match.
