I know AS use requires a large caloric intake, as well as a lot of hard work, so just wondering where you gentlemen get your protein from. I manage about 50 grams per meal 5 meals a day ( eggs, cheese,poultry,pasta,tuna yogart,and beef are my primary sources) but would like to lose a couple solid meals and supplement with another protein source without affecting weight gains, while training AS free, is that possible? I know I could walk right in to any feed store and get some info but thought I'd check here first.
