My tip is that you dont do any form of training
2-3 days before the competition because you
muscles need to be full on competition day
also stop drinking water about 12-15 hours before the prejudging only water your mouth
you need to do this to get really shredded
even if you alredy are rock hard.
and on competition day you will feel very tired
and thats no good beacuse you really need energy for the flexing beleive me i know.
Therefore you need to take some efedrin
half an hour before competition time
try between 50-100mg you will need it.
and if someone tells you to calm your nervs with alcohol DONT!!!
you can get really off
also dont eat any sweets before the contest to get energy you can get very sick in your stomach
and get swollen , try eating small amounts of rice
take 100gm and space it out throughout the day.
dont forget the efedrin you need to be able to keepthe flex.
