Hi, i'm a little confused with what "clen" actually does.
I've heard you gain muscle mass, you don't, a bit, a lot.
Now what is the actual truth here?
Do you gain strength and does it prevent you from OVERTRAINING?
Does it prevent your body into going into a catabolic phase after a long
run?!
