Ok ( hypo ) Im in my 2nd week of a decrease the day cycle of sust..
I have also just ( this last week ) been loading creatine and eating about
5000-6000 calories ( 30-40% pro, 40% carb , 20% fat approx. ) . Well I jump on
the scale after hardly lifting for the last two weeks and as of today I have
gained 10 lbs ! Waist still the same and I look much larger , so I dont think its
fat . Any input , is this possible or is someone fucking with the gym scale.
DONT GET ME WRONG , I think that this is GREAT ! Oh , I also started drinking about
a gallon and a half of water a day . ( current stats , 226 6'1" 34" waist .
