I'm going to start my first cycle next month... testosterone enanthate.
I've been told to go with low doses 3-2-2-1-1-1 [mL each week, over six weeks].
What can kind of gains (and side effects) can I expect?
How differently should I train than normal? "Unassisted," I'm a definite
"hardgainer" who does best limiting training to 2-3 sessions per week,
3 exercises per session, 3 sets per exercise.
I've been told to train on a 5-2 split, one body part per day. Should I do this?
and if so, how soon should I return to my usual training habits?
