: I guess it would depend on the individual. If your tits are starting to get sore or tender then get on the Nolvadex quick. Otherwise use 50mg a day of proviron for two weeks after and maybe 25mg for another week after that if the dosages you used on your cycle were high.
Just curious, is proviron available in Mexican pharmacies or is it strictly European or American?
