IT MAKES YOU LOOK BETTER IN THE MIRROR AND ALL BUT IT IS NOT A HEALTHY DIET. THE PROBLEM WITH THE DIET IS THAT IT DEGENERATES THE JOINTS IN THE BODY. ONE INTERESTING THING HAPPENS TO BODY BUILDERS AFTER ABOUT 10 MONTHS- 1 YR. AFTER BEING ON THE DIET. JOINTS ON THE BODY BEGIN TO BECOME PAINFUL. SOME HAVE DEVELOPED TENEDENITIS , ESPECIALLY IN THE KNEES AND SHOULDERS. I HYPOTHESIZE THAT THE LACK OF VITAMINS ( ESPECIALLY BETA CAROTEN) CAUSE A MACULAR DEGRADATION OF THE JOINTS. MY ADVICE, USE THE ZONE DIET OR DO NOT STAY ON THE ANABOLIC DIET FOR SO LONG. IT IS A SHAME BECAUSE IT DOES WORK BUT YOU PAY A PRICE ( PS. TAKING VITAMINS IN A BOTTLE DO NOT HELP FOR SOME REASON)
