Use at least that much protein at all times. Even more when
you're cranking the gear. I use at least 400g a day when I'm
on and more if I can stuff the food in. Load up on Creatine
as well and stay as close to the loading dose as you can afford.
Your muscles will fill up so much the gains are incredible.
Word of warning, you get tired of protein shakes in no time
and stay downwind cause the gas is bad, but this is the price
of getting big.
