First off thanks. you 2 guys have been invaluable to this site.
My question is this. I'm 6'6" 286lbs, but need to get much leaner.
I am probably around 12-14% BF. I just completed a 2 week
cycle of Clenbuterol. 2 days on 2 days off. On the off days I was taking
Ephedrine/Caff/Asp. I have 100 Tabs of T3. Should I take this while
I am taking a break from the Clenbuterol? If so should I continue with the
Ephid/Caf/Asp? Then after 3 weeks start right back up with the Clen?
I have also started cardio 30min 3-4x/week, before I was doing nil.
