: I'm not for sure. The products are all European and the shipping time is around 2 weeks. The price sheet states that there is no risk of customs, so I think they have a supply from Europe that they to you when they receive the order.
I hate to sound smug but surely the green
customs sticker would be a good indicator of where the package originated ?
If they are from outside the US they are not going to tell you that you might lose your order to customs.
It sounds to me like the poster of the original msg has never ordered from these people.
