I have actually seen both these versions on the black market. I know for sure the first one is the original formula, but the newer ones I've seen have the later formula listed on the insert. Be wary...Omnadren is brought into N. America usally with no labels or boxes. These items are sent posing as legit products (I won't disclose the actaul product because I don't want any one getting caught) the boxes, inserts, and silkscrrens for the labels are sent in separtely.
