Listen, this is mostly for all you rookies out there.
That includes first time lifters as well as first time users.
The guys who know on this board try to give advice, and that
is what it is, advice. I posted a follw up a little further
down the board, but think everyone should take heed.
Alot of people are aking big canuk, and juice monkey for advice,
even I have, and it is good advice to take, however, alot of times
guys advice varies. For this reason everyone who is debating some
sort of a.s. should do other research as well. don't let this disscussion
become the be all end all of you're choice. Alot of times I see guys who haven't
been lifting for very long ask for the juice, and most of the time the more
experienced guys will tell them to keep trying naturally, and then,
when you finally can't get the results you're after try this as an alternative.
There is alot of GREAT advice given here, and the guys giving aren't here to play
mommy and daddy, so I just wanted to say, lift HARD, and then do you're homework,
don't just jump in.
P.S., this was NOT intended to step on any toes of those who have been on this
board much longer than I.
