Where in the hell do you get your expert advice from?!? Delts are a routine place for injections. Doctors will generally hit oils in the butt/thigh becuase they dissipate so slowly and the delt is quite small compairatively , but for water-based or even small oil shots (1/2-1cc/week/delt) your shoulder is a good a place as any. IM injections are designed to be injected into, yep, MUSCLE. When I get my flu shot, or any other IM injectable medication at the doctors he will always HIT ME IN THE SHOULDER. I've done suspension cycles (and actually cypionate as well) entirely in the shoulder. Its been over 3 years now and my shoulders are great. Maybe your shoulders are devoid of muscle. That would make things difficult, but us juiced bods have plenty of delts to use!
