3 times a week might be fine for dandruff, but it definately
won't cut it for blocking DHT conversion at the scalp. To
effectively suppress the follicular androgen receptors you
need to use the stuff at least once a day. Most guys I know
are using it twice a day. Be sure to use a good conditioner
too because it dries out the scalp easily. Some guys have
started using it as a wash on their backs and shoulders to see
what effect it has on acne, I'll let you all know how that goes
later. This all might seem a little excessive, but that's the
price of keeping your hair on the juice.
