I just wanted to put my 2 cents worth in, and say a little about Muscle_ Tech, i used to lift alot about 2 years ago, then got out of it.After a two year lay off, i started taking Muscle Tech, and in two month after lifting 4days a week, my bech has went all the way up to 330lbs, previousley, 285 is all that i could get. im in the best shape of my life,and i never get tired when lifting. I think Muscle Tech has done wonders for me. And i just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Muscle Tech!!!!
