Hi Meat: Here in Canada, we're allowed to have
$1500.00 worth of juice for personal use. Therefore
importation for that purpose would be okay. However,
if they found a single package containing more than
that in value (total stupidity) you just floated up
shit creek with no paddle.
Years ago, a friend sent a package to an address
he thought I lived at (he wasn't even close and there
was no such address) but I could have been found with
a name search, etc. Anyways, when he told me about
it over the phone, I called Canada Post and asked
about it. They told me in a case where the address
was undeliverable, they would open up the package if
there was no return address (there wasn't) and try to
find some clue to the addressee in the letter or contents
of the package. Well, needless to say I didn't leave any
info. with them as to my identity as the contents of
that package were contraband.
Moral to the story: I never heard a thing about it, I
never recieved any parcel, the guy who sent it never
got it back or heard anything about it. Some postal
workers probably had a real good time though.
