I have some advie for anybody thinking about taking steroids for the first time or is continuing to take them. I have an associate of mine who is taking Sostenone. He purchased them from a friend of his. He has not increased in strength in over two six week cycles of use. He has though broken out with severe acne on his face and back. He also has begun to feel a sharp pain in his testacles whenever he is exerting energy such as when he is weight lifting. This is not an isolated case. I have seen many other cases in which the same side-effects occur within just weeks of taking steroids. I myself do not recommend the use of steroids at all.
I do have an alternative method for gaining size and strength that is very effective. It is a known fact that eating rice is a very healthy thing to do but it is rarely been known that eating the right amount of rice can increase one's strenth and size. It has been proven that the average person can gain substantial strength and put on weight by eating at least 10% of ones body weight in rice in a week. Individuals have seen gains within a month using this method. I recommend eating the rice at least 2 hours before working out and immediatly afterwards. If anybodyelse has experience with this method please e-mail me.
