If a person eats enough rice he can increase his or her strenth within a month of their first intake of rice. The key is to eat ten percent of your body weight at least every week. Thats the weight of the pre-cooked rice. I would suggest eating eating the rice about two hours before working out and immediattly following the workout. There maybe subtle side effects with the large consumption of rice such as minor facial acne and mild mood swings. I have witnessed great gains in the weight room with this technique. If anybody also has experience with this technique of improving strength please reply.
