Thanks for your response to dieting on a Primo and Winstrol stack.
First some statistics - I am 48 yrs old, 230 lbs and 6'3" tall.
I have been lifting off and on for 30 years.
I have just recently started my first cycle of Sustenon and Deca.
I am into my 5th week. I am gaining, 15 lbs so far, and I am
increasing in strength and size as well as fullness. However
I seem to be putting on more fat than I thought I would. I thought
that I would actually lose fat while adding muscle, similar to a
teenager. I am eating at least 200 grams of protein, including protein bars
and 2 shakes a day. I work out 5 times a week and do the stairmaster
at least 3 times a week. I am concerned about reducing my
intake calories, to reduce the fat, since everything that I have
read leads me to believe that I need to consume large amounts of
calories during this cycle to make gains.
After this cycle I intend to do HCG and Clomid then rest.
I will then proceed with Primo and Winstrol (and Anavar if I can find it)
for a cycle along with Clembuterol. During this cycle I intend to reduce
calories below maintenance levels. It is my understanding that with this
stack I will still maintain muscle while losing fat. With your experience
does this seem reasonable?
