hi,
i am considering starting the anabolic type diet and i am hoping
it will help me lose some fat, while build muscle. i was looking
for any info from people who have had good results such as fat loss
as well as muscle gain from this diet...i am at a sticking point in
my attempt to lose the last 5-8lbs of fat and was hoping this could
be the answer.
oh and by the way, i am currently taking primobolan depot and some clenbuterol
and was wondering if a low carb diet such as the anabolic diet would have any
negative or positive effects while on this cycle....i have done clen before
but i am still stuck so i figured the low carb diet would be the way to go.
any info, advice, and/or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
