I have finally decided to take Deca, and I finally got a hold of it. Could someone please tell me how much I should take. I was planning on doing a 8 week cycle with about 400mg per week. Is this safe, or should I use 200mg a week. I have been lifting for 2 yrs. After I have got my gains and gained weight will I lose it when i stop taking it, even if i still lift the same amount and also take supplements. I am 6"4' 200 I am looking to gain 20lbs will this do it for me, any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
