: : : Could insulin be taken the 'aaron way'? I'd much rather do that than stick myself every day, if I'm going to try she-rahs cycle. Additionally, I think there is some misinformation that AS can be absorbed that way when in an oral base. I don't think this would work too good. And for those of you that are going to stick ref-b up there, it will still get any impurities into your bloodstream! And propylene glycol will probably burn pretty good. Anarchy in the USA!
: : I have no qualms about mashing a pill up and taking it intranasally, or making some God-awful smelling topical mixture and smearing it all over myself, but there's just a point where it's best to "just say no."
: : I wouldn't 'worry' about the insulin injections - they're nothing. Some days I just get the odd feeling like I want to stick myself with 100 of the suckers and run around screaming. But I'm a bit touched.

: is it really necessary to inject yourself 1/2 before your workout is over? I can see myself, a half hour out (to go) from home and I pull a needle out of my cycling shirt and wait for a hill and inject myself in the leg on the way down! I don't know that I see the advantage to the 1/2 hour or is that just for morning people. Thanks again and Anarchy in the USA!
Sorry, I guess this wasn't clear. Since the preparation typically takes 1/2 to one hour after administration to begin taking effect, people tend to time it so that the instant they're out of the workout, they immediately get the "true" exo insulin assited carb-up (rather than having to "wait" for onset). In the real world, this probably doesn't make a difference, so post-workout shots are "cool" (probably safer and more convenient) as well.
