The cycle was going great, I gained 10 lbs. in those 2 weeks. Here's what I had done before the injury:
: week 1: 50 mg anadrol/day (sometimes 100mg, but made me sick so i cut back), and 750mg sust.
: week 2: ditto for the anadrol, 500mg sust.

If you absolutely can't work out, try 1 clomid a day until you get back in the gym.
This should minimize any loses in gains, if any.
