I found androstene info from some of the german studies on a page after an extensive search but had a power failure and never got the page and I haven't been able to figure out how I got back. It had about the closest thing to real data I've seen in awhile. The powerlifters used to snort the shit just before a lift. Using a placebo during practices, they've got data that supports a positive effect for the supp; but here's no report on statistical. This way they got a fast punch right away. The report mentioned that it not only irritated nasal passages but caused some degredataion of soft surface tissue in the nasal passages, and mentioned some concern about regular exposure over time. The typical application was either regular doses over time or just before an event; taking it just before bed's a new one, but it makes sense to encourage briefly and while relaxed muscle recovery and prevent catabolism.
It's 60 degrees and I can hardly wait to get out on the bike. I just got my tribulus powder and my androstene, the weight room's open at 6 AM, I've patched up things with the girlfriend, so I'll hopefully will be able to report next week my first impressions of ALL the effects attributed to both!!
