Catabolism is the breaking down or apart of something
so in a way, it is catabolic towards fat. When obese
subjects were administered CAE stack, they lost
more fat and less muscle than the control group
so if you are talking about muscle, it helps
preserve it while loosing fat so it is anti-catabolic
towards muscle. Did this make any sense?
