: : : What are the chances of really stunting your growth, so that you never reach full height. I mean is this a real serious consideration for a teenager (17-19) on a cycle?
: : Hell yes!! You should seriously consider waiting until your 20's to start any cycles.
: Ok, but why does exogenous testosterone cause premature closing of the epiphysial growth plates or whatever they are called (stunting growth). Telling someone like me to wait another 3 years to do a cycle is like telling me not to work out.
I'm not giving you the go ahead by any means, but shouldn't you have reached your full height or pretty close too it by 17? If you are dead set on doing a cycle and won't wait till you're 20 or so, then don't go nuts with it. Stick to dosages like 200-250mg a week of whatever, especially if you're going to use test. This should be plenty for someone young like yourself. Still though, I'd recommend to wait, not only to allow your body to reach physical maturity, but also so you'll be prepared mentally as well. But, it's your body man! Good luck to ya. Later.
