Whats up with MM2k!!

I just read an article in the May issue of MM2k, and the GURU says that you must take 1 gram of primo a week to see any results, is this guy a special ed. case or what? Im fairly new at this, but this contradicts everything said by the GURU's on this board, where do I find the truth!!!
