I always been told that protein is the main thing in diet when you are in a cycle. I was looking at the FDA food profile and I find this:
EGGS; CHICKEN, WHITE, DRIED, FLAKES, GLUCOSE REDUCED: WATER=14.6% CALORIES=351kcal PROTEIN=76.9g CARBOHYDRATE=4.2g ASH=4.3g CALCIUM=83mg PHOSPHORUS=83mg IRON=.2mg SODIUM=1156.1mg POTASSIUM=1041.6mg THIAMIN=.035mg RIBOFLAVIN=2.162mg NIACIN=.68mg
EGGS; CHICKEN, WHITE, DRIED, POWDER, GLUCOSE REDUCED: WATER=8.5% CALORIES=376kcal PROTEIN=82.4g CARBOHYDRATE=4.5g ASH=4.6g CALCIUM=89mg PHOSPHORUS=89mg IRON=.2mg SODIUM=1238.4mg POTASSIUM=1115.7mg THIAMIN=.037mg RIBOFLAVIN=2.316mg NIACIN=.72mg
The quantity of protein is very high since a scoop of whey protein generally has 19g of protein. My question is: Are they right? If they are what do they mean by DRIED, POWDER, GLUCOSE REDUCED. Can I find this in a grocure store?? Thanks for your help..
