: : What is the best protein supplement avaliable in the market right now? I'm taking Whey Protein from Next Nutrition, is it good? I'm afraid that I'm not taking 200g to 300g of protein during my cycles. What should I do????
: : Thanks

: : With the help of the experts we move the world.

: Ok, first, most mainstream whey proteins are inferior Whey protein concentrates not isolates. Always
: look for isolate on the label. If it doesn't say this then scrap it. Also, if it has
: any fat or carbs, scrap it--this means it's not an isolate. Contrary to popular opinion, I like
: soy isolated protein. This stuff tastes better than whey, is anti-estrogenic and is just plain great. I
: wrote an article in Hulkster's newsletter (last month) about this whole subject. Feel free to ask him for
: an emailing--I'm sure he will be happy to send it too you. In a few weeks, I will be carrying an agglomerated,
: lecithinated, soy isolate. There is no other product like it on the market. Furthermore it will cost about
: $4.00 a pound. It will be available through massquantities.com.

As far as protein supplements available in stores, which do you reccomend?
I normally use Vyopro Whey and Optimum Nutrition's Super-Pro 90 Soy Isolate(really inexpensive).
I also read that you shouldn't cook with whey, can you cook with Soy?
