: I saw your post regarding availability of the two aforementioned products. I don't know shit compared to you regarding supplements and the like but I can tell you my experience with these two (for whatever it may be worth). My girlfriend had ACL and MCL surgery on her knee a couple years ago. I had read about these two things and started giving her 3000mgs of GS and 500 mgs of CSA for two weeks, then 1500mg GS and 500 CSA for the next month. Her recovery/rehab was so much faster than the other knee patients that were rehabbing at the same time as she was. Six weeks later she was riding centuries. I'm sure you already know the 411 about all this stuff but I have seen pretty amazing shit when people are consistent with it (working in a health food store and getting feedback, etc). I don't know if you're having problems that would require using this stuff but if you are I can tell you I've seen really good results and have gotten good feedback. Apparently the key is to use it consistently. Like I said, I'm sure you already knew this but thought I'd share my two cents with you.
Oh yeah, I talked to some experts who cleared something up. Studeies were done on glucosamine SULFATE (always make sure you get the
potassium salt!) but the their finding that gluc. HCL does exactly the same thing. That is why I also carry it. The good thing
is that you don't have to worry about the extra potassium or sodium and also it is much cheaper. I carry this for $70.00 per kilo!
Keep up the fight
