: : Animal The injury that I was talking about was to my IT band. After my race in november I developed a brusitis in my knee. I have been sidlined from running for about 2 and one half months. I was wondering if any of the products would help bring my IT band back faster. I am able to run and have been doing so for a while but it still is really tight and gets a litlle painfull now and again.
