Good point bro, I really did not want to address this in the first post
but more likely than not his BF% is not correct because those % are
always thrown off by something or another. case in point: last time i had my
BF% checked it was 4% ((( i shit u not)) at 180lbs, i did it again
a month later and it was still about the same 3.75% now you will probably say
if this is true then u must be shredded...well yes i do have a nice set of abs,
but only when flexing them...i have absolutely no fat on the rest of my
body, my arms, legs, ass, shoulders are ripped, and i have the ever so popular
withdrawn clen face....but all my fat what little i have is in my gut...but anyway
this is really not a true reading, because i had a freind of mine get
his BF checked and it was 12% and he is "less fatter" than me, so basiclay those tests
are all fucked up.....

so you are right he probably will not lose that much, and like i said in my first response
he has a low BF% as it is so he really can't lose that much, but being he has only 14lbs
of fat i see no reason why he can't lose 8lbs, maybe in 8-12weeks...

but that is if his BF% is correct, if it IS higher, which I think, then he can lose that much with
no problem.


as far as what type of cardio...i mean at least every other day for a minimum of 25-30 min, and not like
some of those lazy slobs you see at the gym...you should be doing it on a level high enough that you CANNOT
hold a conversation....my frinds and I have a liitle saying going ...if the treadmill/stairmaster/bike. etc is
not soaking wet when you are done, you did not do it hard enough!!

but this type of intensity is if you are trying to get in shape for a certain date, otherwise
for normal cardio, a good levl would be to have your heart rate at atleast 130 BPM, but higher if you can, but
you probably can maintain a conversation at this level.
