I've been asked that about 25 times this week. Got
an e-mail from Faith that she didn't even know 'bout
it for the first week cuz she was out on biz. Find
that a little hard to believe. She says she's workin
on the problem. Training is goin good- Many new highs
except tendonitis in the left elbow has made me change
back and biceps day to drop all curls, rows, chins
and only do deadlifts & pullovers with elbows wrapped
tight. Still workout like a psycho though.
