The key is right in the list of ingredients.. Ephedra is the herb which contains ephedrine.. I'm not positive how much ephedrine you're getting out of the 833 mgs., because I don't believe there's a standardized percentage that supplements are required to use, but it's just like yohimbe and yohimbine..
Yohimbine is the alkaloid that we really want the effects of, and the pharmaceutical usually contains 5.4 mg of yohimbINE, but there are many supplements that just use yohimBE bark, and it's not uncommon to see like 1200-1500 mg per tablet of that.. Twinlab says that their Yohimbe fuel is standardized for 8% yohimbine, which is helpful in figuring out dosages, but since that bottle doesn't tell you the % of ephedrine, it's kind of guesswork, unless someone else can help out.
Don't worry tho, you won't be taking 833 mgs. of ephedRINE!
