Nolvadex,does it cause hair to thin?

I took 10mg Nolvadex a day all winter long, four months, during my bulking cycles. Everyday, I found a decent amount of strands in my shower drain. I stopped taking it two months ago and my thinning hair problem ceased. I started it again two days ago, and guess what? Hair started thinning again. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
