Now is the time to train heavy, expand your frame while your cartlitage is still plyable, and eat everything in sight. Not junk food, but tons of meat, chicken, fish, turkey, potatoes, rice, pasta, vegetables, and all that other wholesome stuff. Read everything you can get your hands on and learn as much as possible. If you take anything now, you will never reach your full potential, you won't grow as tall, your bones and plates will smaller and close earlier, and your natural test production will be screwed forever. Yeah.. I am 17/male too! I weigh about 150 and am 6'4"TALL!! I would love to gain weight but HOW?? I eat a lot and seem to just stay the same! I work out a little but with asthma I cannot get my heart beating more than 80/per sec! So WHAT should I do to gain weight and get in shape, other than time??
