I'm doing the following leg/calves workout for mass:
Squats
Lying leg curls
Donkey Raises
But how much sets should I do per ex ?
thought about doing
squats......8 sets
leg curls...4 sets
Donkey Raises...6 sets
I'm not taking steroids (too young).
