Dull dark cold winter season gets alot of people
depressed every season. This phenomenon even has a
name- seasonal affective disorder(SAD). One of the
cures involves light therapy and its affect on the
pineal gland. Therefore some speculate that melatonin
might help depression even though it dont do shit
for bodybuilding. Could also try DMAE, sunshine,
gingko bilboa, piracetam. I also believe you can
elevate your mood consciously by making yourself
think positive thoughts.
I also tend to cheer up whenever I get laid and
when I read these posts that crack me up and make
me smile. Cheer up bro- all storms in life eventually
pass.
