eat hamburger meat. I have been dieting for about a month and a half low carbs and I have gone down about 8-9% in my BF%. I eat eggs(with yolks) for breakfast, some bacon or sausage. 2-2.5 hours later i have a low fat protein shake. 2-2.5 hours later, I have eat lunch and usually have 3-4 hamburger patties with cheese, and whatever other protein i can find. the rest of the day i wing it, i will eat eggs, tuna, shakes, etc.. I usually stop eating the fat at around 6:00p.m. eat my protein every 2-2.5 hours. I am also taking epedrine, caffeine
