I eat every three hours with good results:

Try some of the following:

Chicken in wine sauce

Mix Healthy Request Cream of Chick soup with 1/4 can of white cooking wine and 1/4 cup of water, mix it all up.
Cut the fat off of boneless, skinles chicken breasts, and put in a frying pan with light seasoning (I use season salt and pepper)
Brown the chicken in the frying pan and add to the sauce
Cook at 350 for around 40 minutes
Pour this over rice and delicious
I eat around a half pound of chicken, half bag of rice, bowl of corn and bowl of green beens on this one.


Chicken and Peppers

Cut the fat off of boneless ckicken breasts
Chop up into squares
chop up a green pepper
Add seasoning (I use season salt and pepper)
mix all into a shallow baking pan
BROIL for around 25 minutes (Stirring frequently)
I eat about .75 lbs of chicken with three bagels.


Shake N Bake

Cut the fat off of chicken breasts
Shake it up in bag with shake and bake
Bake it, 350 for around 40 minutes
I eat around 1/2 lb of chicken with rolls and green beans


Chicken Spag

Cut the fat off of chicken breasts
Cut into squares
Broil chicken for around 35 minutes
Add chicken and 8 oz of fresh mushrooms to a 1/2 can of Healthy Choice Garlic sauce
Add over spag noodles


Chicken Stir Fry

Cut fat off and chop up, broil, add to stir fry veggies, eat with rolls and broc.


I eat meals like this around every three hours, my grocery bill is a little larger than my arms.
