favour and try (I repeat try) to go for another year
lifting weights to get your foundation "set" and your
techniques stabilized and your body in gear so that
when you do the gear, you'll be adding to what your
potential has allowed you to build up to at that point.
I have a strong suggestion for you. Boost your carb
intake lots. You're already very lean and ripped according
to your stats so quit burning your protein for energy
which is probably what you're doing with your carb level
being down that low. Try to eat a few potatoes a day.
In addition to your regular intake that is. Pound
back any and all carbs that are as natural as you can
get. Like potatoes, oats, rice, yams, veggies. Anything
not processed is usually great for you.
I know you probably want the d-bol but you will be
disappointed when you deflate and unless you kick start
your system with H.C.G. or do another cycle to keep
your gains you might find yourself chasing the dragon.
It's a pun that means you can never catch one. You
will want that size and do whatever it takes to keep
it. Use this next year to train and research what
gear you actually want to do when you start up.
Learn first. Train smart. Grow smart.
I took myself to the highest level I could naturally
before I juiced. That was many years of training clean.
I don't regret it. Many of my freinds started real young
and early in their lifting and although they look good,
their bodies have taken their toll from baldness to
gyno to tachycardia to disc degeneration.
Enough preaching..... I hope you get the idea.
You can go a lot farther naturally so do that before
you go high test. O.K.?
