I have been eating a med/high prot, low carb,
low/med fat diet with some awesome results... for the
first time I have abs and got vascular as hell.
some foods I eat:
1)fat free cottage cheese with nutrasweet and
cinnamin sprinkled on top... love it.
per serving: 15 prot, 0 fat, 5 carb
2)pure protein bars: excellent, coming out with
2 other flavors. 33 prot, 7 fat, 10 carb
but it also has glycerin... with a calorie
value but unsure how easily digested.
3)designer...speaks for itself, awesome... although
I am giving AST's vyopro a chance this week
4)chicken, chicken, chicken... be creative...
I have an electric indoor grill and make some
of the best chicken with different fat free
sauces on the side, barbaque sauce, hot wing
sauce, Italian sauces.... its endless.
5)eggs: try eating 6 whites, one whole, pepper
and sprinkle Locatelli grated cheese into
the mix, scamble and cook... awesome, love it.
6)eggs... when cooking eggs (in PAM cooking spray)
sprinkle some fat free shredded cheese like
alpine lace sharp chedder... its great.
