Quite awhile ago you posted Nutri Flax powder as being a really kick ass supplement. I looked through the archives to see if there was a brand name for the product but couldn't find one. Do you know what company makes the powder? I can get Flax/Lignan capsules from a company called Health From The Sun but I'm sure it's a lot more expensive than the powder. 3 caps has (reading off the label) 30 mg lignans, 555 mg fiber, 500 mg protein, 105 mg Omega 3's. Suggested use is three per day. Is that enough??? What's your take...any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
