Wise choice to do the dtd cycle. I'm conservative
but I stick to this rule. Take as much time off as
what you were on. So if your cycle was 8 weeks long,
you stay off for 8 weeks.
I feel 3 cycles in a year for a newbie is the max.
As for what a.s. to use next time around, you'll have
to research that and determine what your goals are at
that time and what side effects you are willing to
take in the process.
