Coming off my cycle Help!!!

I am coming off a cycle of sostenon. I do not have acsess to HCG or clomid I can get some primobolan. Would taking primo for a couple of weeks help me come off the sost? Also what can I do to bring my levels back up to normal naturally? (if anything) Also should I take saw palmetto after the cycle or would that do anything? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
