I am a very active athlete, as I swim, run, cycle,
and lift weights. I read on the board yesterday
that someone experieced a very good cross-country
skiing workout with the aid of androstene. I was
wondering if anyone else has experienced gains
using androstene while training with an endurance
activity such as swimming?
