On just about any subject you will get a wide variety
of conflicting advise. Do your own homework and personal
experimentation to find what works best for you.
You also did not mention that alot of people suggest
taking the creatine with vanadyl sulfate in hopes
of causing a greater creatine absorbtion and uptake
into the muscle cells. I personally have had good
results from creatine with grape juice and vanadyl
sulfate with lots of water in between. No loading
phase. 8 weeks on 3 weeks off at 6-8 gram per day
doses. Gained 15 pounds and lost only 5 while off
which I immediately gained back when resumed.
