I was taking 2000mg a day, ten went up to 3000mg
a day with no results. I was really disapointed
because of all the hype about it and te fact it
doesn't make you feel like you've drank an
esspresso bar like the ECA stack does. The
studies that were done was at doses of 30 grams a
day and untill it comes in bulk at a lower price I
can't afford that.
