I fry my pecs on 2 warm up sets and 1 set of
duchaines body contract ! I'd challenge anyone to do genuinely do the sets to failure and do 2 or more. (This is when I'm juiced.)
For me this is 110 kg bench press *12 followed by 3 negatives using 130 kg. With no rest in between.
